Touch of heart

Sometimes it's hard to let go. Some memories don't fade. Some touches are never forgotten. Some eye shines are never faded. Some song lyrics still make you want them. Some dates still make you cry, while some make you smile. Some nights you stare the sky, while on others you lock yourself in your room away from the light. Some days you need a special hug from them and some days you wanna shoot them with a gun. Some corners take you to the time spent there while other's make you cry. Some gift were so precious while other's were just "gifts". Some nights you just wanna cuddle and sleep, while on some you sleepless. Some words make you your day while other words are not that worth. There are so many "some" that make you miss one person. Some people, places, time, dates and things can never be replaced you just get too okay with the fact that they ain't in your life. That person is just someone who teaches you important lesson that you need to remember next time.

Unknowing fallout

I don’t think there’s any number of movies, songs, videos, or books that describe how bad a friendship breakup just hurts you. We’ve all seen relationship breakups because that’s the most talked about and people think that’s the worst that could ever happen. But just imagine you meet a person on the daily, you share your life with them, you go through ups and downs with, explore new places, they become a part of your routine and somehow one day it all ends. This one breakup leads to so many changed behavior and thoughts. This one person is someone who gave the word “friendship” a new meaning and you won’t find it in anyone else. You constantly think about the time when it went all wrong. You are upset, angry, and anxious because they were a crucial part and suddenly there’s a big hole in your life. It’s a bitter feeling of letting go of them because you thought of them as your ride or die. You have come to end with the fact that you both are going on different paths now and that you wo...

It's you, for you at the end

Why is it so hard? Why does it get so lonely? How do I make myself believe there’s love in this world after I ended up losing everything because of it? When you see the world in someone’s eyes, how do you go back to seeing them normally? If I could go back in time and not bump into you, I’d do it. If I could change things, I’d have. You see, we human beings end up giving someone so much. We don’t think twice before giving the love we have to ourselves. We end up making big decisions just to make someone so happy only for them to leave right after. I feel everyone deserves to get the type of love they give. The wholesome, cliché, and little dramatic type of love. The magical eyes, soothing voice, the patting on your head while you are asleep on their lap, you deserve it all. We give so much at times that we forget we are draining ourselves of it. We crave the love we give, yet settle for so much less than what we deserve. It’s a little scary to me that we never know what someone’s real ...

Mental health in pandemic

We all might have experienced this lockdown in a million different ways. For some it might have been calm to the storm but for other's it might have been like a leech that's sucking everything out of them. As the novel corona virus gushed into the world, everything went upside down. People, the places, the economy and anything that you can point on has had some of the major changes it hasn't had in the past 21 years. Most importantly the effect that this virus has had on our lives is impeccable. While some of us had the best time of our lives in the house lockdown the others were dealing with their own issues. A major effect of this lockdown has been on the teenagers and the working class people. With the onset of the pandemic we could see mental health warning signs throughout the population. The pandemic had an adverse effect on our mental health issues, fear of isolation and the fear of being caught by the virus. Researchers compared the studies of the past pandemic and ...
