Positive Vibes

Why do we always seem to be sad or depressed and lonely? Why not start being positive and happy and chubby. I know we have so many problems in our life but being happy shouldn't be one. Find things that make you happy. Find people or surround your self with people who make you smile like no one else does. Find souls that keep you happy. Try and avoid overthinking, i know you can't but try atleast. If you depressed talk to someone and let your heart out and then if you feel like crying, just cry. Do not think that I'm guy and i can't cry in front of someone, just cry and let all the depression go away with those tears.  One beautiful thing about crying is that you feel so good after it. You just feel like you left away all the pain you ever had and starting new. Be healthy and be positive. Spread good vibes and just keep smiling. Start your day with something good and do not be sad about small things. We all have to deal with some bad things sometimes but does that mean you can't see happiness ever? No. We all can be happy it just needs the inner us to understand that. It's teenage/adulthood and we all are stressed about some or the other thing. These stress would keep coming and you just need to calm down, breathe and go with the flow.
 Try being happy. We all have one life, you never know what happens so enjoy to your fullest, smile till death and spread good vibes.

Why is it so hard? Why does it get so lonely? How do I make myself believe there’s love in this world after I ended up losing everything because of it? When you see the world in someone’s eyes, how do you go back to seeing them normally? If I could go back in time and not bump into you, I’d do it. If I could change things, I’d have. You see, we human beings end up giving someone so much. We don’t think twice before giving the love we have to ourselves. We end up making big decisions just to make someone so happy only for them to leave right after. I feel everyone deserves to get the type of love they give. Mental health in pandemic

We all might have experienced this lockdown in a million different ways. For some it might have been calm to the storm but for other's it might have been like a leech that's sucking everything out of them. As the novel corona virus gushed into the world, everything went upside down. People, the places, the economy and anything that you can point on has had some of the major changes it hasn't had in the past 21 years. Most importantly the effect that this virus has had on our lives is impeccable. While some of us had the best time of our lives in the house lockdown the others were dealing with their own issues.
